At the workplace

As you think about the position that you hold, you may find that there are several talents that you have. Among theme are being strategic and having strong organizational skills.

You also are:

  • someone who is very diplomatic,
  • someone who is very customer focused,
  • someone who can learn on the fly,
  • someone who can handle change well,
  • someone who's very agile to turning on a dime in their job,
  • someone who solves problems

Think about what it is that your job requires, what skills that you bring and the value you bring to the organization.

You go to work to do what your employer pays you for. I recommend that you stay away from discussing race, sexual orientation and politics.
